Prayer Shawl Ministry

Once a month some of the ladies at CEFC get together to knit or crochet prayer shawls that are prayed over in the Sunday Service and distributed to hospitals or other ministries. They represent God’s comfort around us when we are experiencing pain or sadness and they are a blessing to many who receive them.

In addition to distributing these pray shawls to hospitals, nursing homes, or shut-ins, the ladies donate some to the Sister Chix ministry to bring comfort to widows.

He will cover you with his feathers,
